My roommate and I are both male, but we're open to living with a female or another male. We don't smoke or throw any parties at the house. The neighborhood is very quiet. It's about a 20-minute walk to campus. We have central heat and A/C and maintain reasonable temperature to ensure cost-effective utilities.
Apartments are nice and clean , $225 monthly rent and around $40 utilities.Location is very very convenient , let's say almost next to campus.The apartments are located near BCM church. It is close to mass media, library and shuttle stop is less than a minute walk in-front of the Apartments.So, really convenient for Walmart shoping.:)
Currently, we have 1 room out of 4 to sublease in Mimosa Apt 7.There'll be 4 people in the apartment.There will be three guys in other rooms 2 people share 1 bathroom(all share the kitchen and living room together).The apartment is fully furnished.(couch, dish washer, cloth washer&dryer,refrigerator).

Hey everyone so the year is ending and I need a roommate. It is a 2 bedroom apartment with one bathroom small kicthen and livingroom area. One bedroom is for rent the apartment is extremely close to campus directly across the street from southwest Hall and right next to colonial court. For rent you would pay 275 a month, around 30 for utilities and 11.00 for wireless internet. You would be subleasing for now which would end in July and you can resign it if you want then. It is a very convenient place to live if you want to be close to campus, it takes less than 1 minute to get campus. Oh and the landlord is extremely nice ^_^
