Sales experience is a plus, but not needed. We will train the right candidate. We offer a ten step sales training program that leads our Outside Sales staff to success. Our average close rate is 50%.

This is a contract position to start with. Upfront commission on every sale and residual income as long as quotas are met. If you continue to meet quotas, and become a truly proven performer, permanant residuals (lifetime of the client portfolio) are attainable within 5-7 years.
After two years, with certain quotas met and the right skill sets, a regular, salaried + commision with benefits position may be available for those who desire management/mentor positions (while maintaining portfolios.)
