This unit was purchased new in 2023 for a new build. At the cost of1,500.
Unit was installed in fall if 2024.
It was installed and ran for roughly 3to 6 months. I did not like where the unit was installed in my home. So I just had it removed about a week ago you can visually see that the unit has not had much use and is very clean. Please see photos.
All parts and pieces including the remote are with the unit. This unit is like new and will heat and cool up to 784 sq ft. Perfect for small homes and tiny houses. 800.00 serious inquiries only. No delivery.
