Large 1920s–1930s Art Deco Etched & Reverse Gilt Mirror – 40” x 48”

Striking early Art Deco wall mirror featuring hand-etched glass with reverse gilt gold foliate detailing. Framed with beveled mirrored panels and geometric corner cuts — classic architectural Deco design.
Wood framed back. The wood and the glass combined is a round 2 inches thick.

The gold leaf is applied behind the glass (reverse gilt), not surface paint. Symmetrical layout with elegant vine motifs.

40” wide × 48” tall
Circa 1920s–1930s
Substantial statement size
Vintage condition consistent with age.

Beautiful over a mantel, buffet, or entry console.
