1959 North American Marine “Stylemaster”, model 150-C. Powered by original 1959 Mercury/Kiekhaefer, Mark 58A, 45hp. It is electric start and has an electric choke. It sits on, what I believe to be, the original 1959 Holsclaw trailer. The 6 gallon Mercury/Kiekhaefer fuel tank is in good shape and appears to be original. Lower unit was just serviced: new seals, o-rings, grease and impeller. I can’t speak to the originality of the upholstery but it is in great condition. The speedometer works - runs about 25-27 mph with one person, about 20-22 mph with two people. There is a wind-up clock on the dash that still keeps good time. The horns work but need an air tank. There are two sets of skis that come with the boat: a child’s set and an adult’s set.
We have used the boat every summer for the past 15 years. I have serviced and maintained the boat regularly. It is licensed for this year and has already been on the lake a couple of times this summer. Great for cruising early mornings or just before sunset.
