50 acres, two ponds, half in woods, half in fields. The woods funnel the deer, and they drink at the ponds. $2,000 per stand, and you put up your stand for the deer season (bow, rifle, black powder). This particular property can safely accommodate three hunters, and you will get your buck and three does. We have arranged for the local Amish/Quaker community to cook meals if you'd like. You can camp, boondock, or pitch a tent in a barn on the property. Hotels are 15 miles away.

We have other (more expensive) memberships (not leases) if you are interested in an executive hunt club experience.
