The build: One month.
Overbuilt and all custom handmade.
Repurposed tin roof off of a 60-year-old barn. Super cool!
Two layers of new roofing felt under tin.
Oak plank flooring over 3/4 plywood. No OSB anywhere. Plastic moisture barrier between runners and plywood. No rot.
Oak runners (water sealed) and siding.
Covered porch.
BC sanded plywood interior. No sharp edges. I left the interior of the playhouse unfinished and ready to paint if desired.
Three large integrated shelves.
Faux fireplace. Custom painted. Stainless steel capped. Manual included. *One could use bee smoke pellets for fake smoke effect on top of chimney.
Led Fireplace with 750-watt heat. Spent $$$ here. NEW.
GFIC plug and safety box (waterproof). NEW. Plugs into a heavy-duty grounded extension cord.
Booth dinette.
Eve vent.
Newly added-Real Kerosene lantern and hook.
Screen door window and screened dinette window for crossflow ventilation. Rear window has plexiglass cover for cold weather play.
ALL Seams sealed. Flashed.
Entire playhouse and floor is wrapped with a vapor barrier. No air leaks or bug intrusions.
Custom light and fan combo. Remote. Many features. Works with app. Manual included. New. $$$
Firebox with kindling.
Handmade Gingham curtains, towel and tablecloth.
A few decorative accents. Faux eggs, coffee pot, wash pan, towel and other items. Themed pictures.
Custom door with self-closing spring.
Planter boxes under faux window. Decorated. Lined and predrilled for drainage if using real plants in spring. Could use faux flowers here too.
Handmade wreath. Handmade interior decors.
Sprayed by my pest control.
Easy to load on a 5x12 or larger trailer-somewhat heavy. I will help load.
