Honda Lawn tractor For Sale. Purchased new in 1994. The motor was rebuilt in 2020-2021. It ran fine afterward, but wouldn't start this past Spring. Sent to repair place. They said it "might" need a starter or solenoid but "they weren't sure" and "they didn't know anything about Honda tractors". The ignition switch has been an issue before. Maybe it is that again?
I basically gave up spending money on it. If you can work on it yourself, you'll get a workhorse machine. You can remove the belt and switch it to a PTO for accessories. I've had some body work done on it, but it needs more and the seat is not in great shape.
