Will start out with a flat walk and then transition into a trot when asked to move up. Not spooky, not a boss mare, easy to catch in the field, all around good temperament. Stands for tacking and the farrier, shod on all four feet. Will ride bareback and under saddle, or even with a halter on bareback. Necks reins a tad, backs up, crosses water. Sure footed, and will ride out by herself. She’s forward moving on the trail, so not for beginners by themselves. However, in a group ride I’m confident she’d be okay for a beginner with a buddy.
