I'm looking to rehome my ball python, Ghost. He is a pastel Ivory male who I've had since 2018. He is about 4.5' long, so he's a pretty big guy.
He has never once bitten and eats f/t medium rats once every 3 weeks, on Sundays.
He will come with his tank, a double door glass tank with a mesh top. It measures 35.5" long 18" wide and 12.5" high.
He will also come with all his supplies that I currently have, 2 heat lamps (though only 1 has a bulb right now.), 6 condensed coconut fiber bricks, whatever is left of his bag of aspen bedding, his water dechlorinator, and all his frozen rats. At the time of posting, there are either 7 left. His Hides and decors shown in the pictures will also go with him. What you do with them once they're yours doesn't matter to me, but I'll have no use for them once he's gone.
I'm asking $400 for him and all his supplies, I will not split them up. I paid significantly more than that for all of it and his morph at breeding age is worth more than half of what I'm asking, so please don't waste either of our times asking my to lower the price or give him away for free, as he is not in need of 'rescue'.
His tank alone, without any other supplies or food, cost me $280.
I'm just trying to make sure he goes to a good home with someone who knows what they're doing and is able to afford getting him the supplies and care he needs. He is very friendly when it's not feeding time, and will even push his body into your hands for scritches, especially when he's getting close to shedding.
I'm in bowling green, ky and am willing to meet halfway, within reason of course.
Phone calls will not be answered. I work full time and get too many spam calls to bother answering any of them, so please use texts or emails. Please also do not message me and then offer to pay through cashapp/zelle/venmo. They're too easy to scam with and too many people assume that just because I'm posting on craigslist means I'll be easy to trick. I know what the scams are, please don't waste either of our times.
Would also consider a trade for a rottweiler puppy (4 months or younger), preferably male. I already have 2 dogs (one of which is a rottie mix) and even though I work full time, both my parents are retired and home 24/7. My father is a disabled veteran and his favorite dog when he had just gotten out of the military was a rottweiler.
