What You’ll Do

As our Maintenance Professional, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that our property operates at its best. Your key responsibilities will include:

Janitorial Duties

• Maintain cleanliness of public areas, storage spaces, and parking lots.
• Empty waste receptacles and sweep or shovel as needed to keep the property spotless.

Pool Maintenance

• Test and record pool conditions as per State and City regulations.
• Clean, adjust, and perform minor repairs to pool equipment.
• Maintain water quality by distributing chemicals in prescribed amounts.
• Keep the pool deck and furniture clean and inviting.

General Maintenance

• Complete work orders efficiently and prioritize tasks.
• Maintain equipment according to preventative maintenance schedules.
• Be available for emergency repairs after hours when required.
• Check the property regularly for safety hazards and promote safety practices at all times.

Additional Duties

• Unload delivery trucks and properly store items.
• Stock housekeeping supplies and track inventory accurately.
• Have a thorough knowledge of emergency procedures to ensure guest and team safety.
• Travel as needed, with mileage reimbursed at the current IRS allowable rate.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - Experience: At least 1 year of maintenance or related experience. - Skills: A proactive approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. - Flexibility: Willingness to handle a variety of tasks and adapt to the needs of the property. - Reliability: Regular attendance and punctuality are essential. Weekends are required.
