Thank you for taking the time to read this. My name is Katherine and I am on the hunt for a steady Monday to Friday job!
I am available anytime during the week but I am unavailable during the weekend. I do have kids so this unfortunately is not negotiable.
I have been self employed since 2019. There was a short time frame where I had a small part time job but it was just short term so it doesn't really qualify as "experience". Originally, I was making costumes on commission based pay. I was hired as a seasonal support driver for UPS in November 2024 and absolutely loved it. Being seasonal, it only lasted 5 weeks. This is where I had a couple of small jobs like a cashier at a vape shop and cashier at a liquor store. These were temporary jobs until their maternity leave employees came back. In August of 2025, I started doing delivery driving. I was delivering car parts for NAPA stores for a short time. Then in October of 2025, I began delivering for Amazon Flex and Roadie.
I have a clean TN driver's license with my F endorsement, and full coverage insurance on my delivery vehicle. My vehicle is a Hyundai Veloster. The cargo space is pretty impressive despite it being a hatchback.
I am happy to continue delivering. This is a strong passion of mine. I adore exploring new areas! I also have significant health problems, so driving is about all I'm good for.
I would love to actually go over the road Monday-Thursday in a cargo van or box truck. I know that over the road travel is where the money is! But I do not have the appropriate child care for more consistent time on the road. Monday through Thursday, I'm good.
If over the road, I do not go anywhere without my border collie. He is my service dog and safety net during travel. Without him, I am far too nervous. This is absolutely not negotiable, especially if sleeping in the vehicle I'm driving.
Any job must be extremely flexible with attendance. I understand completely how much I am asking for here but I am chronically ill. I've been denied disability multiple times, even with a lawyers help. I absolutely have no choice but to find a higher paying job. The deliveries fluctuate so much that I often have days where there is no income at all. I need something more stable and secure.
I HIGHLY prefer a position somewhere where I can grow within the company. I prefer my efforts seen and acknowledged instead of punished with an extra workload and lack of pay raise.
I am looking for a job that will reward hard work instead of exploit it.
I am 31 years old. I have a clean MVR(one hands free citation for checking my GPS at a red light....I am still extremely angry about this bc my mvr was completely spotless before that).
Thanks so much for reading! Feel free to reach out via email here!
