No OS installed. Tried installing Linux but didn't make a system recovery USB. Warning window loops to "Computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an error. Windows installation cannot proceed. Restart the computer and then restart installation."
I'm sure a tech person can handle this. I know enough to be dangerous when it comes to computers.
